Rustica is committed to sourcing locally. Eggs and meats come from local providers whenever possible and lots of love is blended into every dish. Vicente, Andres and Conchi collaborate on the daily specials, as well as, the permanent menu items. Conchi prepares the homemade dessert selections, while our bartenders will mix your favorite cocktails, and even entice you with a few creative ideas of their own.

Having worked in every imaginable position in the food industry Vicente and his wife Conchi work together to bring you the freshest house made pastas you can find. What could be fresher than "made today" just try the tagliatella or papardella. This is what pasta is meant to be. Vicente and Conchi have two children, Andres and Jennifer. Andres works at the restaurant with his father and mother and truly validates the family feel of Rustica Ristorante. Vicente has been looking for the perfect location for 3 years and, when they are not playing soccer together, their search led them to Chester and this perfect spot. Conchi's passion for superior pasta sauces and flavors are waiting for you here at Rustica.

Our chef Conchi has been in America since 1997 and has created hundreds of recipes many of which you will find lovingly and individually prepared at Rustica. Conchi is always searching for the freshest and most locally available organics to bring you the finest possible entrees. As always, Rustica prepares their pastas in house daily, so you can't get it any fresher. Italian cuisine if Conchi's favorite to prepare, and we think you'll feel the love when you try Rustica's offerings.
Manager
Andres continues the tradition of personalized service first at Rustica. He continues to study Business Management and is enjoying his first managerial position in the family owned restaurant with parents experience and guidance. He loves the restaurant and is truly interested in assisting you in enjoying the best possible experience at Rustica. You will leave Rustica happy and content, Andres will make certain of that.
